Redhouse does not ship on weekends or major holidays.

Due to high demand, items may become unavailable even after an order has been placed. in this case, a refund will be issued to the original payment method for the amount initially paid. please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

Items that are marked as pre-order at check-out are expected to ship upon arrival to our facility. All customers are charged at checkout for pre-order items to the payment method provided. All Redhouse pre-order items have an estimated arrival date to our facilities as indicated on the item purchased. For orders within europe, redhouse offers complimentary 3-5 day standard shipping, 19.95€ with a 1-2 day express shipping.
For international orders redhouse offers complimentary 3-7 day standard shipping, 19.95€ with a 1-3 day express shipping.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs clearance and taxes, which will be charged once the order arrives in the respective non-EU country, in addition to the storage charges/customs clearences rates that may be due to the carrier company. These charges must be supported by the receiver. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their exact amount.When the order arrives in the country of destination, it may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond the original delivery deadline estimate. To return the order, you must contact a carrier company that picks up the merchandise at your address and sends them directly to the address provided by Redhouse. It is your responsibility to guarantee that the package arrives at Redhouse.
